Summary:
Under very little supervision, may perform or contract to perform maintenance work in the companies multiple locations.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Preform regular scheduled evaluation of all facilities at least 2 times per year.
This includes working with management on procedures for facility safety and maintenance and ensuring that all managers are completing required safety inspections as required and following up to correct an infractions.
o Review all request for building repairs and make recommendations to management on what needs to be done.
Receiving quotes for needed repairs and making recommendations to management on the suggested contractor.
This includes developing a list of local contractors in each area that may be called upon for emergency repairs.
o Maintain a current file on all rental agreements and be familiar with the company's responsibilities for repairs under these agreements.
Establish contacts with landlords representatives to know who to contact regarding repairs to facility and follow ensure repairs are complete that are building owner responsibility per lease agreement.

Skill in using hand and power tools.
Ability to maintain working relationships with management and facility personnel.
Good written and communications skills, ability to create and maintain reports on physical maintenance and safety of facilities.
Computer skills using Windows; this includes ability to use computer for tracking and reporting.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; experience with group presentationsEducation and/or Experience - Minimum of High school diploma or GED, prefer Associate Degree in related building repairs or construction.
Must have minimum of one year building maintenance experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
