In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by preparing vehicles for appointments, identifying customer needs, and maintaining an organized vehicle lot.
Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles for customer appointments, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
Identify customer needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
Organize vehicles on the lot efficiently for easy access and retrieval.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
Attention to detail is essential for this role to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high standards.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
