We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to join our dynamic and fast-paced teamThis is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in production, manufacturing, and quality assurance to supervise and enhance our quality control processesThe Quality Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safetyIf you are passionate about quality assurance, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing our quality control processes and ensuring that our products meet all required specifications and standardsYour primary duties and responsibilities will include:
1Supervising and coordinating activities of the Quality Assurance team.2Implementing and maintaining quality control systems and processes.3Identifying and addressing quality issues and initiating corrective actions.4Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.5Conducting regular audits and inspections to assess the quality of raw materials and finished products.6Training and mentoring staff on quality control procedures and best practices.7Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.8Collaborating with other departments to ensure quality standards are met across all stages of production.9Preparing and presenting quality reports to management.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you need to possess the following
Qualifications:
1A minimum of 2
