Duties include:
Greeting and scheduling clients in a friendly and professional manner Answering phones, scheduling and providing customer support Creating new client documents using Zoomedrive and Microsoft Office Suite Managing the office calendar Scheduling meetings with clients, updating meeting notes, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
Managing the office calendar Assisting with office projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
Working on special projects as assigned.
Skills:
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Experience working with Zoomedrive a plus but not required.
We have a Google Suite version of Zoomedrive that we can use.
If you don't have experience with Zoomedrive, we can train you to use it.
Must be able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to multitask and prioritize work as needed.
Must be able to follow instructions, do routine tasks, and meet deadlines.
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be able to handle difficult situations by providing appropriate solutions or information.
