This team member assists individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in learning how to prepare for, procure and participate in competitive community employment.
This includes assisting people with the soft skills necessary to be successful in the work place, skills assessments, resume building, interviewing, and on site job shadowing.
High School diploma and 2 years of work experience with one year working with I/DD population required.
Must have a North Carolina driver's license, authorized for coverage under the agency insurance if operating an agency vehicle, have a good driving record, and required level of personal auto insurance.
