Welcome walk-in customers, respond to customer telephone calls and inquiries, sells products and/or services to meet customer needs.
Process parts transfer requests.
Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
Order and maintain parts Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work well with other employees Have a great and out going attitude Manage employees Assist mechanics with work orders Communicate repairs with customers Have knowledge of figuring and billing work orders that have been repaired.
Service and parts experience is required along with knowledge of tractors, mowers, and trailers.
